5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Estimated delivery times:

  • West Malaysia: 2–5 working days

  • East Malaysia: 3–8 working days

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

 

6. Return & Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

• We only accept return or refund requests in cases where:

  • The product arrives damaged, leaking, or defective

  • You received the wrong item

• Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving your parcel, with photo proof sent to 011-53938059
