Delivery Information

1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been packed and shipped.

 

2. Shipping Methods

We use trusted courier partners such as J&T Express, Pos Laju, and others depending on your location.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Times

• West Malaysia: 2–5 business days.

• East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 4–8 business days

• International: Currently not available (we are working to expand!)

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS. You can track your parcel on the courier’s website.

 

6. Wrong Address or Undelivered Parcels

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. We are not responsible for parcels lost due to:

• Incomplete or wrong addresses

• Unclaimed parcels

• Missed deliveries

If the parcel is returned to us, re-delivery fees will apply.
