Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect shades, or personal preferences once a product has been opened or used.

 

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We take pride in the quality of our products and ensure they are packed securely. However, if your item arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, we’re here to help.

To qualify for a replacement or refund, you must:

• Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will assess the situation and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

 

3. Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent out or issue a refund if the item is unavailable.

 

4. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

We cannot offer returns or refunds for:

• Products opened, used, or tampered with

• Items returned after more than 3 days of delivery

• Purchases from third-party resellers or unauthorized platforms

• Minor packaging dents or scratches that do not affect product performance

 

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

• It will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days

• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued
